I have a lot of Clarity dies and this is the first I’ve had an issue with. I hasten to add here that I shall persevere , but I reckon I have to be fair. I used a Sizzix Foldaway to cut this and it took several passes before I thought it had cut. Had to spend a while poking out the design ( unusual for Clarity dies) and discovered not all the cut lines had worked. Returned to it with a shim-still not 100%. Put away for now, but I will try with my Sizzix Switch machine, where I can more easily move the design around the plate to vary the cutting position. Hope that’s more successful. Not unusual for die cutting generally, but the first time I’ve had to work hard with a Clarity die. Size of cutting plate may be the issue here. If you have a bigger machine, I suggest using that.
