Returns and Refunds

Please check all goods thoroughly upon receipt. If any damage or defects are discovered with your order upon delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible to allow us to arrange a refund or replacement. Claritystamp will refund any reasonable return postage charges incurred for such items. In the case of large/bulky items, we may arrange collection. On those occasions where an item goes on to develop a fault within six months of purchase, please contact us to allow our customer service team to rectify the issue.

If a product is not faulty, but is unwanted, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their decision to return the item, followed by a further period of fourteen days to return the item. We can only accept returns of unused items. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a full refund of the goods will be processed upon receipt of the goods. Unwanted items are returned at the customer's own risk.

If the customer wishes to exchange an unwanted item, the new item will be sold at the prevailing rate at the time of exchange. This may result in an additional charge, even if the product is similar in nature (for example, if a sale item is exchanged for a non-sale item). Orders including an exchange are subject to the same shipping policy as all other orders (where we offer free delivery for orders of £45 or over. Orders under £45 will be charged £4.95 P&P).
