Shipping Information, Duties and VAT

 

DELIVERY TO UK

 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £30 in value for delivery to the UK. Orders under £30 will be charged £3.99 P&P. With bulky packages, or orders to the value of £75+, we use signed-for services (Royal Mail, DPD Local etc). Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order, especially during busy periods. If more than one order is placed by a customer in quick succession, we will usually try & consolidate these orders into one shipment.

 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to international PO Boxes.

 

*Please note due to increased shipping and packaging costs we have slightly raised our UK Mainland standard postage prices from £3.75 to £3.99 and FREE Shipping for UK Mainland orders, is now on all orders over £30.

  

CUSTOMS DUTIES

 

If you live outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties are levied by customs at the point of entry to the destination country, and are out of the control of Claritystamp Ltd. If your parcel is liable for import duties or other taxes, they must be paid before the parcel is released by customs for delivery. Please contact your local customs office to obtain more information about your country’s customs policies.

 

VAT ON UK ORDERS

 

20% VAT is due on all orders for delivery to the UK.

 

VAT ON ORDERS TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS, EUROPEAN UNION, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

 

Customers from the Channel Islands, European Union, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand do not pay UK VAT on purchases from Claritystamp Ltd. All relevant sales taxes (if any) will be applied to your order. This will be clearly marked as taxes.
